Virtual GP Service

Virtual GP Service Partnership

The Arthritis Clinic Ltd recommends GP2Health Virtual GP Services to our patients where appropriate. In certain clinical situations, if your condition is assessed as being unrelated to a musculoskeletal issue (involving joints, muscles, bones, nerves, or tendons), we may advise that you seek a medical review from a General Practitioner (GP).

GP2Health

To support this process, we have partnered with GP2Health, enabling our patients to conveniently register for a comprehensive virtual consultation with Dr Lee Pursglove. Patients can access timely expert GP advice, medical assessment, and treatment planning at competitive and affordable rates. Dr Pursglove is also recognised by a number of major insurance providers.

Please note that GP2Health operates independently from The Arthritis Clinic Ltd, and Dr Pursglove is not employed by our clinic.

Examples of situations in which one of our physiotherapists may recommend a GP review include:

  • Your physiotherapist believes your symptoms may be related to a visceral or non-musculoskeletal condition
  • You may require a review of your current medications or a prescription for pain management
  • A medical review or report is needed to authorise or support physiotherapy treatment
  • A second medical opinion is considered beneficial or recommended regarding your condition
